是固定搭配，例如：
1、I try not to stress out when things go wrong.出問題時，我儘量不緊張。
2、Try not to make so much noise.別那麼吵吵鬧鬧的。
3、I try not to let work interfere with my personal life.我儘量不讓工作干擾我的私生活。
4、I know you don't like her but try not to make it so obvious.我明白你不喜歡她，但是儘量別表露得那麼明顯。
