hole和borehole的區別

hole:

n. 洞，孔洞穴，穴突破口

vi. 鑿洞，穿孔（高爾夫球等）進洞

vt. 鑿洞

The hole was filled with leaves and branches.

這個洞口被樹葉和樹枝填滿了。

borehole:n. 鑽孔，井眼（為探測石油或水）地上鑿洞

Keep the drill centred in the borehole while it ascends and descends.

當鑽頭上下鑽時，要把鑽孔保持在中心。
