英文写信可以用to开头from结尾吗

不能。英文信的开头与中文信是不同的，一般开头顶格写Dear xx，然后空行从第二行空两格开始写正文，结尾的时候在左下角写上Yours，或Yours sincerely，然后空行在其下面写上写信人的名字。如下所示：

Dear Tommy

      How is everything going…

……………………………………………………………………………

      Best wishes to you and your parents.

                                      Yours

                                       Mary
