都是介词表示在什么什么里边。at表示在什么什么位置。而of则表示名词属性。比如，I am in the room是我在房间里。

i am at the room表示在房间附近，门口等等，相对抽象一些的地方。

the room is of importance.这个房间非常重要。

三个都可以做名词。
