kind既可以作名词，也可以作形容词，不能做动词，也没有动词形式。
1、 kind作名词
（1）one of the different types of a person were saying that belong to the same group种，类
例如： They sell all kinds of things.
他们出售各种各样的东西。
（2）used to describe a person with a particular character， feelings， opinions， etc.那一类，那种
例如： Rob isn't the kind to worry.
罗布不是会发愁的那种人。
（3）the kind of person， thing， place， etc. that someone usually likes某人通常喜欢的人、物、地方等
例如： It's not my kind of place—it's too quiet.
这不是我喜欢的地方，太安静了。
2、 kind作形容词。
（1） saying or doing things that show that you care about other people and want to help them or make them happy贴的，亲切的，和蔼的
例如： It wasn't a very kind thing to say.
这么说可不太客气。
（2） not causing harm or suffering无害的，仁慈的
例如： Life has been very kind to me.
生活一向待我不薄。
（3） would you be kind enough to do something/be so kind as to do something: used to make a polite request烦请/劳烦您做某事好吗
例如： Would you be kind enough to close the door， please?
劳烦关上门，好吗
